The experience provides a comprehensive overview of current trends in customer experience, innovative technologies, and business strategy (online/offline).
STP takes place every quarter, allowing retail players to keep up with sector developments and adjust their strategies accordingly. Each edition addresses a different theme, bringing together leaders and experts to discuss ways to reinvent retail through innovation.
The next store tour will take place on November 28 from 2 pm to 5 p.m., bringing together 10 decision-makers from the sector, including CDOs and Omnichannel experts, to focus on new point-of-sale technologies that transform the in-store experience.
